In the dead of winter, I have seen a wondrous thing.
By: Chuck Worthy
An Honest Christian Poet is a reflection of my journey through this life.
"How can science, astronomy and astrophysics come together to create poetry of love and life and forever? Indeed, in the dead of winter, I have seen a wonderous thing…"

"I was deeply moved reading An Honest Christian Poet. I was drawn in by Chuck's unique, sometimes painfully raw, and often whimsical point of view, as well as how he wove in his fascinating biographical commentary. He expressed an extraordinary depth of feeling, of love, particularly toward his cherished wife, as well as the ugly realities of living through war, illness, and pain. He didn't shrink back from total honesty yet somehow; I was left recognizing his hope and faith through it all."

Scott Burleigh
"Once in a while in literature you might come across a gem that gives you insight to the writer and their walk through life. This is one of those pieces. The trials and victories, the hardships and triumphs. And if you read between the lines you will find a man that has seen much and has so much more to tell. I highly recommend it."
